In this case, you will simply need to remove the side latch to run the awning mounted directly to the side of the rooftop tent.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThis is completely fine to do, you’ll just need to be mindful, as you normally would to make sure the canvas is always tucked in properly when closing the tent so there’s no fabric caught or pinched in the seal.
